At eDay Travel, we strive to offer a smooth and flexible experience for all our guests. Please read our booking and cancellation terms carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking Policy

• All bookings must be made no later than 22:00 (10:00 PM) on the day before the scheduled excursion.

• Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email or message from our team.

• No credit card is required to make a reservation, unless otherwise specified.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are accepted up until 22:00 (10:00 PM) on the day before the excursion.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or loss of reservation priority for future bookings.

• To cancel a booking, please contact us via email, phone, or message (including WhatsApp) using the contact details provided on our website.

3. Changes to Bookings

• If you wish to modify your reservation (e.g. number of participants, pick-up location), please inform us before 22:00 on the previous day. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.
